UPS Package Tracking

Once your order has shipped from our store, UPS will send you a tracking number with the email address you used when you placed your order. UPS will not deliver on Weekends.

Order Processing

Internet orders usually process within 1-2 business days + shipping time from Portland, Oregon to your address.

Important: Orders using a different bill-to-ship-to address generally take longer to process due to Fraud detection processes used for your protection. 

International Orders

We are not able to ship outside the USA at this time.

International Credit Cards

At this time, We are not able to accept Credit Cards issued outside the USA.

No Sales Tax

Li Ning Sports USA is located in Oregon, a no sales tax state. At this time, no sales tax of any kind will be added to your order, no matter where you live in the USA.  Use taxes or other taxes may apply to your order, however, and it is customer's responsibility to determine whether any taxes are owed to any jurisdiction in connection with an order.

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico Orders

At this time, we are can only Ship UPS 2-Day Air to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

APO, FPO & P.O. Boxes

At this time, we are not able to ship to APO, FPO and PO Boxes. Please call our retail store at 503.575.7332 from 10AM to 6PM PST.

Shipping Terms and Policies

Standard shipping is typically via UPS ground, but we reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order.  Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order.  Shipping charges are based on the value of your order (unless otherwise specified for a particular item) and a link to our current shipping fee chart is set forth below.  The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your invoice, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order.  All orders are shipped FOB Portland, Oregon therefore title to products passes from Li Ning Sports USA to you upon shipment.

In-Stock Policy

While we do our very best to ensure an accurate inventory for your shopping ease, unfortunately products do sell out. This usually happens when two or more customers order the same item at the same time, before our computer has a chance to be updated. If this happens to your order, you will be notified in a timely manner (usually the same or next day). We may be able to offer you suggestions on alternative available product.

Product Availability and Pricing

Li Ning Sports USA and its suppliers continually upgrade and revise product and service offerings to provide you with new products and services.  Li Ning Sports USA may revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers, and products may become unavailable to customers even after an order is placed.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  

Partial Order Shipments

It is Li Ning Sports USA standard practice to ship partial orders. Customers will usually be notified on the same or next day that their partial order is to ship out.

Returns

UNUSED ITEMS, with all of the original tags and packaging must be post-marked to us within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and exchanges only for items purchased from Li-Ningusa.com. Items that are returned after the 15 day time frame will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 30 days. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please fill out and include the returns form enclosed in the shipping carton. Exchanges may result in a partial refund or charge depending on the item’s price, please include your credit card information on the form for Exchanges.

Orders that are returned to Li Ning Sports USA via UPS because:

• Customers refusal of package delivery.
• A third delivery attempt was made, and customer was unable to pick up package.

Are subject to UPS's $10 fee in addition to any restocking fees.

Information Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit SSL encryption. You can see at which point the shopping cart encrypts your information by the little yellow padlock that appears in the lower right corner of your browser. Your credit card numbers, personal information and order information are only decrypted after they reach our order processing computers. This information is not held in clear text on any website or server.

Credit Card Fraud Prevention

Extra security measures have been put into place for customers that ask us to ship to a different name and/or address than is listed for that particular credit card account.

Product Descriptions; Pricing; Errors

Li Ning Sports USA attempts to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on this Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, pricing or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.  In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate.  If a product offered by Li Ning Sports USA is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund in accordance with our return policy as set forth above.  In the event of an error, whether on the Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order, and your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order. 

Who We Sell To

Li Ning Sports USA only sells products to adults. If you are under 18, you may purchase products from the site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.  Li Ning Sports USA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Although nothing can substitute for actually trying something on, please consult the sizing chart for each item while within the shopping cart.
